Meet Tim
The expert everyone needs in their lives
Tim has taken to a love for Kettlebell training, a unique form of exercise which combines traditional forms of training, with a modern twist. With 12 years of experience in the health & fitness industry, it’s safe to say that Tim is a fountain of knowledge and has a broad range of understanding of individuals’ needs and goals and how to help you reach them.
I'm Tim, one half of the Onfirefitness team!
From a young age, I always loved weight training and, after many years of being a regular gym-goer, I finally decided I wanted to harness my knowledge to help others.
I’ve been helping people reach their fitness goals since 2012 when I undertook my first Level 2 Fitness Instructor course. Since then, I have gone on to do my: Level 3 Personal Training, Boxercise, Kickboxercise, Kettlebell and SFG1 Kettlebell Coaching qualifications.
Over the past 13 years, I have found my niche in training men and women over the age of forty. My mission is to help you become strong, healthy, and vibrant as you transition into the second half of your life.
With a diverse range of training techniques, I can provide you with a well-rounded fitness regimen tailored to your needs, with a focus on injury prevention to ensure you can stay active and enjoy life’s activities without setbacks.

Meet Karlene

Karlene’s got you covered!
With multiple years of experience in the fitness industry, Karlene has become a font of knowledge in her area of work. Karlene is particularly interested in working with women 40+ to help them regain their confidence, health and strength through weight lifting. Working with her, you’ll discover the endless benefits of lifting weights, whilst having great fun doing it. Her goal is to reduce the barriers between women and weight lifting and to dispel the myths surrounding them.
'I'm Karlene, the 'other half' of Onfirefitness.

Since 2017, I’ve been dedicated to helping people transform their lives through health and fitness.
My own fitness adventure started as a Kettlercise instructor, but I enjoyed it so much that I went on to achieve my Level 2 Fitness Instructing and Level 3 Personal Training qualifications. Like many of you, I’ve faced my fair share of challenges in creating healthier habits, so I know firsthand how daunting it can be to make lasting changes.
I teach regular classes at a local fitness club, but my true passion lies in strength training. I love empowering women to gain confidence and strength through weightlifting, which becomes even more crucial as we age. There's nothing more rewarding than seeing my clients thrive!
Being a lover of the outdoors, I also enjoy the flexibility that mobile personal training offers. Whether we’re training in a park or your garden, we can easily make fitness a part of your life in a way that’s fun and adaptable. I genuinely love my job and am excited to help you on your fitness journey.
