I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve joined Everyone Active Winchester! After years of working independently in Winchester’s parks, I’m now bringing my personal training to a professional, fully equipped studio—without giving up the outdoor sessions I love.

Gym based training with Tim

The expert everyone needs in their lives

Tim has taken to a love for Kettlebell training, a unique form of exercise which combines traditional forms of training, with a modern twist. With 12 years of experience in the health & fitness industry, it’s safe to say that Tim is a fountain of knowledge and has a broad range of understanding of individuals’ needs and goals and how to help you reach them.

I'm Tim, one half of the Onfirefitness team!

 

From a young age, I always loved weight training and, after many years of being a regular gym-goer, I finally decided I wanted to harness my knowledge to help others. 

 

I’ve been helping people reach their fitness goals since 2012 when I undertook my first Level 2 Fitness Instructor course. Since then, I have gone on to do my: Level 3 Personal Training, Boxercise, Kickboxercise, Kettlebell and SFG1 Kettlebell Coaching qualifications.

 

Over the past 13 years, I have found my niche in training men and women over the age of forty. My mission is to help you become strong, healthy, and vibrant as you transition into the second half of your life. 

 

With a diverse range of training techniques, I can provide you with a well-rounded fitness regimen tailored to your needs, with a focus on injury prevention to ensure you can stay active and enjoy life’s activities without setbacks.

 

In short: help you move better today and maintain your mobility for the future, so you can continue doing the things you love for longer.
