WE COME TO YOU

We are completely mobile & flexible so we can work around your needs & requirements, we can & will take all the hassle away so you can just concentrate on the work at hand.


We can do home visits or there is the opportunity for all our students/clients to use our garage gym, this is where we have all our barbells, weights & more traditional Personal Training equipment.

121 Personal Training is where you will make the most health & fitness gains, this is for focused clients that really want to change the way they look, feel & perform. You will become stronger without becoming bulky, fast & explosive, battle ready...

We start all our students/clients on a minimum of two sessions per week we find two and above sessions a week make the greatest amounts of improvements in the least amount of time.

Whether it is to drop body fat & change your bodies composition

(what you look like) move more freely, injury free & super strong we have you covered. 

Personal Training with us is a combination of traditional training methods body weight and Kettlebell. We tailored to you and your health goals!

We are a group of kettlebell lifters, a group of like-minded people that wish to improve their physical & mental wellbeing through lifting kettlebell weights. 


Becoming stronger will enhance every other area of your life. 

Common side effects of kettlebell training with us are but not limited to:

Feeling unstoppable, looking leaner & standing taller, more confidence in once-self & being able to deal with life's troubles more easily.

Training with us is not easy, we will challenge you but in doing so will make you more resilient to life's difficulties, life will become easier. 

At each of these sessions we look to build on our strengths & diminish your weakness, as a group we build skill and technical know-how. We will teach & coach you every step of the way from complete newbie to more advance kettlebell practitioner.

There are so many benefits of lifting weights & weight training & kettlebell weight training is one of the most assessable for all levels.

We very much hold ourselves to a very high standard & encourage all our students/clients to do the same.
